On February 28, 2024, Plaintiff noticed the instant Motion for Attorney Fees, Costs and Expenses.  Plaintiff concurrently filed a Motion for Attorney Fees, but no Memorandum of Costs has been filed with the Court.  However, It is apparent from the Opposition brief that Plaintiff served such document upon Defendant.  Thus, the matter is continued as set forth above.  Plaintiff is ordered to file the Memorandum of Costs within 5 days.
