Therefore, Plaintiff argues, the parties would suffer irreparable harm at trial if they are unable to complete this discovery.

The Court finds Plaintiff’s request for a continuance of 90 days reasonable. The Court will confer with the parties to select a new trial date. The discovery cut-off will track the new trial date.
