The Court is unable to adjudicate Defendant Subway Restaurants, LLC’s Motion for Summary Judgment.  On the Court’s own motion, the matter is CONTINUED as set forth above.  The Court notes that on October 14, 2024, Defendant Subway Restaurants, II, LLC filed a Notice of Withdrawal of its Motion for Summary Judgment.  The withdrawal has no effect on Defendant Subway Restaurants, LLC’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
