This premises liability action was filed on November 23, 2022. Trial is set for January 23, 2025. Plaintiff Benjamin White now moves ex parte to continue trial to June 23, 2025, or a date thereafter available to the Court. Plaintiff argues good cause exists to continue trial because Plaintiff’s critical health condition has delayed his ability to sit for deposition. Plaintiff has confirmed to be deposed on January 9, 2025. Further, additional discovery must be completed before trial. Lastly, the parties have filed a Stipulation for an Order to Continue Trial, indicating mutual agreement and good cause.
