This is an action to quiet title.  Plaintiff Maria Carmen Escalante applies for ex parte relief regarding the terms of a settlement agreement between the parties.  On July 29, 2024, a mandatory settlement conference was held before Judge Ann H. Park.  The court ordered Defense counsel to submit a Stipulation for Settlement before August 29, 2024.
