This lemon law action was filed on December 29, 2022. Trial is scheduled to begin on March 12, 2025. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Compliance with teh Court's Order Dated October 2, 2024 is scheduled to be heard after trial on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. 

Plaintiffs now move ex parte to continue trial and all related deadlines to a date after June 16, 2025, arguing that "[a]s of the filing date of this Application, the Parties have not completed expert deposition or Plaintiffs Depositions. Additionally, Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Compliance with the Court's Order dated October 2, 2024, is scheduled to be heard after the current March 12, 2025 trial date." (Ex Parte 3:5-8.) 

Plaintiffs' Ex Parte Application to Continue Trial and All Related Deadlines is GRANTED pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1332(c)(6)-- a parties excused inability to obtain essential testimony, documents, or other material evidence despite diligent efforts. A continuance to a date on or after June 16, 2025 is reasonable, depending on the Court and parties' availabilities. The Court will confer with the parties to select new FSC and trial dates. All pre-trial deadlines will correspond with the new trial date. Moving Party to give notice.
