This personal injury action was filed on August 16, 2022. On February 20, 2024, this action was transferred from Dept. 31 of the Spring Street Courthouse to the Southeast District.

There are currently four Demurrers and four Motions to Strike scheduled to be heard on different dates. In the interests of judicial efficiency, the Court will set all currently scheduled Demurrers and Motions to Strike directed towards the operative First Amended Complaint for hearing on the same date. The Demurrer and Motion to Strike set for today’s date is CONTINUED as indicated above.
