The Court has reviewed the parties’ briefs. Plaintiff’s Opposition and Defendants’ Reply with respect to the Motion to Compel Arbitration indicate the parties’ potential willingness to stipulate to arbitration. In the interests of judicial efficiency, these matters are CONTINUED as indicated above in order to enable the parties to informally resolve this issue without judicial intervention.

In the event the parties do stipulate to arbitration, the parties are instructed to submit a Stipulation and Order prior to the continued hearing date. If no stipulation is reached, then the matters will be adjudicated on the merits on the continued hearing date.
