Defendants Maria De La Luz Gonzalez Living Trust, Juan Gonzalez, and Lucero Vargas’s (collectively Defendants) Ex Parte Application for an order advancing hearing on their Demurrer is DENIED. This is not an unlawful detainer action for the recovery of real property within the meaning of CCP § 1161 which require precedence under CCP § 1179a. Thus, there is no statutory basis for granting the Application.
