The Motion for Leave to Intervene is currently set for Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Plaintiff-in-Intervention State Farm General Insurance Company’s ex parte application is GRANTED.  The hearing is ADVANCED from Thursday, November 7, 2024 to this date and CONTINUED to Thursday, May 8, 2024 in Department SE-C at 10:30 a.m.  The ex parte application will be deemed to be the moving papers.  Opposition and Reply briefs to be filed and served per Code in compliance with the new hearing date.
