Defendants ENZO ENTERPRISES; SMOOTH SAILING CONSULTANTS, GP; DARIUS RUTLEDGE, and their respective agents, servants, employees, representatives, and any and all persons acting in concert or participating with them are temporarily enjoined from: (1) taking possession of the real property located at 9527 Ives Street, Bellflower, California 90706 and (2) selling, attempting to auction, sell, causing to be sold, transferring ownership or further encumbering the real property located at 9527 Ives Street, Bellflower, California 90706 until the Court can hear and rule upon the OSC Re: Preliminary Injunction. The Judgement and Writ of Possession entered in Case No. 23NWUD00349 are temporarily STAYED until the Court can hear and rule upon the OSC Re: Preliminary Injunction. 

The OSC Re: Preliminary Injunction is set for hearing on: Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. SE-C. Opposition to be filed and served by no later than April 19, 2023. Reply to be filed and served by no later than April 21, 2023. 

The Court notes that as of April 11, 2023, no Notices of Related Cases and/or Motion to Consolidate have been filed/lodged with the Court. Moving Party to give notice.
