Defendants OPTIMUS TRUCK, INC.; SELENA ZHANG; and their agents, servants, and employees are temporarily enjoined from unlawfully evicting Plaintiff from the warehouse;  interrupting Plaintiff's utility services to the warehouse; locking Plaintiff out of the warehouse facilities; and interfering with Plaintiff's business operations as long as Plaintiff is paying storage fees under the Cross-Border Logistics and Overseas Warehouse Service Contract until a hearing on the OSC Re: Preliminary Injunction is held. The OSC Re: Preliminary Injunction is set for hearing on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. SE-C. The Ex Parte Application will be construed as the Moving Papers.
