This is about a car accident.  On November 15, 2023, default was entered against plaintiff Frank Contreras.  

Plaintiff seeks to set aside default based upon mistake, inadvertence, or excusable neglect under Code of Civil Procedure § 473, subd. (b).

Plaintiff has not filed a proof of service showing that he served the other parties.

The motion is CONTINUED as set forth above.  Plaintiff must serve the other parties and file proof of service by October 23, 2024.
