This wrongful death action was filed on June 5, 2023. Trial is currently scheduled to begin on September 9, 2025. Plaintiff now moves ex parte for an order continuing the trial date and hearing on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff filed this ex parte application because the parties’ joint stipulation to continue trial had not yet been granted by the Court.

On February 18, 2025, the Court granted the parties’ joint stipulation and continued the hearing on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment to August 7, 2025. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application to continue the Hearing on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is MOOT.
