    II.          Defendant KILOWATT SYSTEMS, LLC’s Motion to Strike Portions of Plaintiff’s Complaint is CONTINUED to Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in Dept. SE-C.

The Notices of Lodgment in Support of Defendant KILOWATT SYSTEMS, LLC FILED on August 14, 2023 indicate that 7 Exhibits were lodged with the Court. However, there are no documents attached to the Notices of Lodgment, Declarations, and Requests for Judicial Notice.
