TENTATIVE RULING

Defendant Rose Meat Services, Inc.’s motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED.  Proceedings are STAYED pending arbitration.

This is a PAGA action. Defendant Rose Meat Services, Inc. moves to compel arbitration of the individual PAGA claim based on a contract Plaintiff signed. Defendant also requests a stay of the action pending arbitration or dismissing this matter.

Plaintiff does not contest compelling her individual PAGA claim to JAMS arbitration, but she opposes dismissing the representative PAGA action.

Thus, the Court GRANTS the motion to compel arbitration. It stays the remainder of the action.
