The motion is unopposed as of August 26, 2024.

This is about a property dispute between neighbors arising from the construction of a wall. Defendants Jose J. Rangel and Irma Y. Rangel move to set aside the default entered against them on November 30, 2023.  

On July 29, 2024, Plaintiffs filed a first amended complaint against Jose J. Rangel and Irma Y. Rangel and others.

Thus, the motion to set aside is MOOT.
