On April 29, 2024, Plaintiff Rayven Xavier Salazar and Sara Yazmin Salazar filed a request for dismissal of the fourth cause of action of fraudulent concealment and prayer for punitive damages.

Given that Defendant General Motors LLC demurred to the fourth cause of action and moved to strike the prayer for punitive damages, the demurrer and motion to strike are MOOT.
