Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion for Approval of PAGA Settlement is GRANTED.

Labor Code §2699(l)(2) requires that the superior court review and approve any settlement of any civil action filed pursuant to the PAGA. Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion for Approval of PAGA Settlement is GRANTED. The Court approves the PAGA settlement for the gross settlement amount of $450,000.

The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the settlement until performance in full of the terms of the settlement.  

Absent Opposition at the hearing, the Court is inclined to sign the Proposed Order submitted in conjunction with the Moving Papers.
