This is a sexual harassment case. Plaintiff’s  ex parte application to permit redacting and filing under pseudonym pursuant to CCP § 367.3 is DENIED without prejudice.  Plaintiff has not shown compliance with CCP § 367.3, which appears to involve enrollment in the Safe at Home address confidentiality program with the Secretary of State.  Furthermore, the Judicial Council has created forms for litigants to use when applying to the court.  Because the summons and complaint has not been served, no notice is required.
