Plaintiff’s Application for Right to Attach Order

Pursuant to the Stipulation submitted by the Parties on 6/17/22, the parties  agreed to terms of a settlement that would fully resolve the matter and are reportedly in the process of finalizing the settlement agreement. The parties anticipated executing the settlement agreement before 7/11/22. The parties believed that continuing the current briefing dates and continuing the hearing until 7/25/22 is in the best interests of both parties and judicial economy.

On 7/7/22 the court signed the proposed order re: stipulation to continue hearing. The matter was continued to 8/1/22. Other than filing a notice of order re: the 7/7/22 order, nothing else has been filed.

Tentative Ruling: The matter will be CONTINUED one more time to 8/22/22 at 10:00 am C-25. Prior to the continued hearing date, Plaintiff is ORDERED to advise the court on the status of settlement and whether these applications will be withdrawn no later than 5 courts days prior to the continued hearing date.
