Deft shows good cause to support the Motion to Compel ; Pltf to submit to an independent mental examination on a date to be agreed upon by Pltf and Deft’s counsel to occur within the next 30 days with Dr. Praveen Kambam at her office at 5101 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 274, Los Angeles 90029

Scope to include a mental status examination, a screening cognitive assessment and generally accepted standardized psychological testing and questionnaires;

Length of examination to be limited to 3 hours;

Pltf’s guardian ad litem or atty may be present during the examination;

Examination is to be of Pltf only and cannot include questions to Pltf’s guardian ad litem;

Pltf will be allowed to audio record the examination only;

Moving Party to give notice.
