On October 18, 2022, Plaintiff Jessica Barrera filed a Statement of Non-Opposition to Rosie Patel’s Motion to Compel Plaintiff’s responses to Special Interrogatories, Set Two propounded by Defendant Lalita Patel. Plaintiff stated that while she believes the motion was mistitled, she does not oppose the motion to compel and has agreed to provide good faith verified responses to conserve the parties’ and the Court’s time and resources. (ROA # 393.)
