Pltf has failed to timely serve responses to Defts’ Requests for Admissions; Therefore, Pltf has waived any objection to the requests; Grant motion – Deem Admitted the truth of the matters specified and the genuineness of each document specified in Requests for Admission, Set one.

Court is required to impose a monetary sanction – the Court awards monetary sanction in the reduced amount of $600 against Pltf and his counsel payable within 30 days.
