Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record filed by counsel for Vincenzo J. Zeno on 5/24/22

This matter was continued due to moving party’s failure to provide the mandatory declaration and proposed order forms. The mandatory declaration form has now been filed demonstrating that the moving papers were served on the client’s last known address, which was confirmed by a private investigator search. (ROA 77.) The motion is unopposed. However, the mandatory proposed order form still has not been submitted.

Tentative Ruling: The motion of Joshua A. Quinones and Clark Hill, LLP (“Moving Attorneys”), to be relieved as counsel of record for Defendant Vincenzo James Zeno, will be GRANTED on the condition that Moving Attorneys file the mandatory proposed order form at or before the hearing.

Moving Attorneys shall give notice.
