The motion is unopposed and properly served on the client. The motion satisfies all the requirements of Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362, however, the moving attorney has not provided much information as to the reason for withdrawal. It is unclear whether counsel has a basis for permissive withdrawal under the Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.16. Counsel states that further information regarding the grounds for withdrawal could be provided at the hearing. The Court will inquire further into the reasons for withdrawal at the hearing and will grant the Motions upon a satisfactory explanation.

Aguirre, Trustee of the Aguirre Family Trust dated December 29, 1993 and Real Party in Interest Dolores Marie Aguirre, will be GRANTED, on the condition that counsel provide additional details setting forth the reasons for the Motions at the hearing.
