All Requests are overbroad and appear to seek all documents in Deft’s possession without any limitation to the scope of time, subject matter, or identity of persons who were involved in the communication; These requests also seek communications involving third parties;

 

Deny as overbroad;

 

The Court declines to consider all new points, arguments, and evidence presented for the first time on Reply.

 


2. Motion to Quash Discovery Subpoena filed by Titan Copyright, LLC and Hugh Kretschmer on 5/2/22

 

The requests at issue are overbroad and the tentative is to Grant the motion to quash as to each subpoena; Pltf has indicated that it has either withdrawn or reached an accommodation regarding the subpoenas to non-parties Magnum, Schatz, Kirkland; Grant as to Kretschmer, Magnum, Schatz, Kirkland.
