Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record filed by counsel for Urban Community Builders, LLC

Todd R. Wulffson and Alessandra C. Whipple CDF Labor Law LLP (“Moving Attorneys”) move to be relieved as counsel of record for Defendant Urban Community Builders, LLC.

The motion is unopposed. Moving Attorneys have stated a basis for permissive withdrawal under Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.16. The motion satisfies the notice, declaration, and proposed order requirements of Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362.

The court will interlineate Paragraph 7 of the order and amend to add the time and location of the trial, which is to commence on 12/18/23 at 8:30 am in Department CX102 of the Civil Complex Center, located at 751 West Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana, CA 92701.

The motion is GRANTED.

The order relieving counsel will be effective upon counsel filing proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the client and on all parties that have appeared in the case. (California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362(e).)
