Application/Request for Writ of Possession filed by Ally Bank

Plaintiff Ally Bank’s unopposed Application for Writ of Possession is GRANTED.

Plaintiff applies for the writ to be entered against Defendant Anthony Willis and seeks possession of the 2019 Dodge Charger, VIN 2C3CDXGJ0KH553260 with an adjusted wholesale value of $31,650.  Plaintiff established the requisite probable cause that the vehicle is located at either 23320 S Vermont Ave., Torrance, CA 90502 16 or 22433 S Vermont Ave., Torrance, CA 90502.

The Application follows the requirements set forth in Code of Civil Procedure sections 512.010 to 512.120.  Moreover, the Application is unopposed and the parties’ failure to oppose the Application may be treated as an abandonment of any opposition to the issues raised in the Application.  (Herzberg v. County of Plumas (2005) 133 Cal.App.4th 1, 20.) 

As such, the Application is GRANTED in its entirety.
