Plaintiff Sung Keen Kim’s Motion to Quash Subpoenas for Business Records is GRANTED.

The twelve subpoenas shall be modified to describe only records related to Plaintiff’s alleged specific injuries and for a period of 10 years. The Court further finds Defendants opposed the motion without substantial justification. Accordingly, within 15 days, Defendants Matthew Wilson and American Promotional Events, Inc. shall pay to Plaintiff monetary sanctions in the amount of $1,482.00 ($350.00 per hour x 4 hours + $82.00 for filing fees). (CCP § 1987.2(a).)
