REASONING
Currently pending before the Court is Defendant Silicon Beach Medical Center, Inc. (“Defendant”)’s Motion to Strike Portions of the Complaint of Plaintiff, filed on August 14, 2023, wherein Defendant takes issue with portions of Plaintiff Casper Glenn (“Plaintiff”)’s complaint. On November 27, 2023, Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint, and on December 28, 2023, Defendant filed an answer to Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint. Given that the pleading at issue is no longer the operative pleading in this action, Defendant Silicon Beach Medical Center, Inc.’s Motion to Strike Portions of the Complaint of Plaintiff is DENIED as MOOT.
