Currently pending before the Court is Michael J. Tarutis and Matthew Schumacher of Bend Law Group, P.C.’s Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff Willow Tree.

Counsel has asserted a valid reason for withdrawal, i.e., the attorney-client relationship has broken down. (Rules Prof. Conduct, rule 1.16(b)(4).) However, counsel failed to provide a proposed order on Form No. MC-053 as required by rule 3.1362(e) of the California Rules of Court.Motion to be relieved as counsel is GRANTED subject to Counsel Tarutis' submission of orders.
