Plaintiff has not provided any evidence of the offensive conduct. The letters provided by Plaintiff’s counsel to Defendants do not constitute evidence of the harassment and any complaints made.

The request for attorney fees exceeding the schedule set forth in Local Rule 3.214 does not appear to be warranted. Plaintiff has made a litigation choice to not seek damages, such that it should not be awarded attorney fees as if it had sought damages or to reflect the full number of hours worked, as the Local Rule does not contemplate that such an award should be given.
