TENTATIVE RULING
Defendant's Motion to Quash Service of Summons and Complaint is DENIED. The signed lease agreement provides at paragraph 32 that, "Notices may be served at the following address, or at any other location subsequently designated.  The address listed for Tenant Nathan S. Young is 1524 N Sierra Bonita Ave., Los Ange3les, California 90046, the location where service was effected.  The subject lease constitutes a commercial lease for rental of the property as a sober living facility.  As a commercial lease the revision of statutory notice provisions are  permissible.  See Culver Center Partners East #1, L.P. v. Baja Fresh Westlake Village, Inc. (2010) 185 Cal.App.4th 744, 750).  Based on the foregoing, Defendant's Motion to Quash is DENIED.  Response in (20) twenty days.
