REASONING

Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiff Joseph Ariel Hazani’s Ex Parte Application for Order – Motion for Reconsideration and Motion for Joinders and Transfer of Courts Under CCP 1008 & 378 & 403. The relief sought must be requested by noticed motion, not ex parte application. The motion includes no proof of service showing that the motion was served in compliance with Code of Civil Procedure section 1005, subdivision (a)(13), nor was any proof of service filed subsequent to the filing of the motion. Accordingly, Plaintiff Joseph Ariel Hazani’s Ex Parte Application for Order – Motion for Reconsideration and Motion for Joinders and Transfer of Courts Under CCP 1008 & 378 & 403 is taken off calendar.
