Any new courtroom assignment will be sent to counsel for Plaintiff directly from Department 1, Stanley Mosk Courthouse, and counsel for Plaintiff will be directed to give notice.
The Hearing on 11/30/2023 will not proceed in Department 28, Spring Street Courthouse. When a new courtroom assignment is obtained Plaintiff may ask the newly assigned department whether that department will re-schedule the hearing, or whether a new reservation for a motion must be made.
