Having considered the
petitioning papers, the Court rules as follows.
BACKGROUND
On July 28, 2022, Plaintiff Miguel Angel Perdomo and Melanie Perdomo, a minor by and through her guardian ad litem Miguel Angel Perdomo, filed this action against Defendants Duro Roofing, Inc., Young Soon Park, and Does 1-20 for motor vehicle tort and general negligence.
On January 11, 2024, Plaintiffs filed a notice of settlement.
On August 6, 2024, Petitioner Miguel Angel Perdomo (“Petitioner”) filed a petition to approve the compromise of minor Plaintiff Melanie Perdomo’s action. The petition was set for hearing on heard on September 6, 2024.

Petitioner Miguel Angel Perdomo asks the Court to approve the compromise of the pending action of minor Plaintiff Melanie Perdomo.

The net balance of $1,347.50 is to be paid or delivered to Miguel Angel Perdomo, 5119 Tenaya Avenue, Apartment A, South Gate, California, 90280, without bond, on the terms and under the conditions specified in Probate Code sections 3401-3402.
Petitioner is ordered to give notice of this ruling.
Petitioner is ordered to file the proof of service of this ruling with the Court within five days.
