Plaintiff Juan M. Hernandez, Jr. (“Plaintiff”) has filed one motion to compel Defendant Los Angeles Dodgers to produce six witnesses for deposition and production of documents.  Instead of giving each request its own place on the calendar and time for Court consideration, Plaintiff has asked the Court to provided provide tentative rulings on six substantive matters within the time provided for one matter.

The Court takes the motion off calendar.  Plaintiff may file separate motions that address each deposition separately.
