Final Accounting

On 3/24/23, Plaintiff submitted the Compliance Declaration of Janine R. Menhennet re PAGA Settlement Distribution. (ROA 142.) Menhennet declares that as of the date of the declaration, all 10 checks to the aggrieved employees have been deposited and there are no unclaimed funds. (Menhennet Decl., ¶ 4.) Accordingly, all issues have been resolved.

RULING: As all distribution efforts are fully concluded, the Final Report is approved and the Court’s file is closed.
