(P) Motion to Stay Proceedings

Ruling:

Plaintiff/Intervenors’ Motion for a Stay is granted. This matter is stayed pending resolution of Lopes, et al. v. Kohl’s Dep’t Stores, Inc. Case No. RG08380189 pending in the Alameda County Superior Court. Moving parties (Plaintiff-Intervenors) are to:

 (1) file a report every six months updating the Court on the status of the matter for tracking purposes; and

(2) prepare a proposed order on this motion for the Court’s signature, to be filed and lodged with the clerk within five business days.

The status conference scheduled for November 23, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. is off-calendar and no new Joint Status Report is necessary.

Moving Parties are to give notice of the ruling.
