Final Accounting

On July 16, 2021, this Court ordered the moving parties to file a declaration confirming distribution of funds in accordance with the Court’s Order (ROA 216). The moving party failed to submit a declaration.

The Final Accounting is continued to January 27, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX103. Moving party is ordered to file a declaration 10 court days before the date either confirming distribution in accordance with the court’s Order or explaining the delay in distribution. The Court also sets an OSC re: sanctions against Plaintiff and his/her counsel of record for their failure to comply with the Court’s July 16, 2021, Order.

No appearance is required on December 2, 2022.
