Final Accounting

The administrator reports that all settlement checks were issued and mailed on March 29, 2022, to each Aggrieved Employee, Plaintiff’s counsel, Plaintiff, ILYM for administration fees, and the LWDA. The check-cashing period expired on September 26, 2022. As of November 8, 2022, 15 checks in the amount of $2,112.61 remain uncashed. Per stipulation, the remaining uncashed amount is ordered sent to the California State Controller’s Office – Unclaimed Property Fund.

RULING:

As all distribution efforts are fully concluded, the final report is approved and the Court’s file closed.

No appearance is required on December 2, 2022.
