 RULING:

The Application of Terry M. Henry to Appear Pro Hac Vice is GRANTED. The supplemental declaration has addressed the deficiency identified by the Court (ROA 8088), and the application now complies with the requirements of CRC Rule 9.40.

Moving party is ordered to give notice and file proof of service, including service of the supplemental on the State Bar of California, within five (5) calendar days of this Order.

The Court does not require any physical or remote appearance at the hearing scheduled for August 11, 2023.
