TENTATIVE RULING Attorney Patricia James (Miller & James LLP)'s motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Desiree Smith is CONTINUED.

The motion was initially noticed for August 9, 2024. (ROA #29.) A week after the motion was filed, the court provided this earlier date for the motion. (ROA #37.) However, an amended notice of motion was never filed and served.

The proof of service also indicates that a separate motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Jeremy Smith was served. (ROA #29.) However, no such motion was ever filed.

The motion to be relieved is therefore continued to August 9, 2024 at 10:30am, as initially noticed. The concurrent case management conference is continued to the same date and time.

Attorney James is directed to file the separate motion as to Jeremy within five days.
