TENTATIVE RULING Plaintiff Playmor Terrace Condominium Association' motion for preliminary injunction is CONTINUED.

Defendants Marius Ardeleanu, Ruxandra Ardeleanu, and Christian Ardeleanu were all defaulted. (ROA #28–29.) Playmor indicated that it 'will be filing and serving its Request for Default Judgment prior to the hearing on this Motion seeking the same injunctive relief sought through the motion. Therefore, Plaintiff requests that the hearing on its Motion for Preliminary Injunction be continued to allow the Court to receive and process its Request for Default Judgment.' (ROA #30.) In light of the above, the motion is continued to July 26, 2024 at 10:30am.
