TENTATIVE

The motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff, John Valadez, is GRANTED, effective upon filing proof of the signed order on the client.

Counsel for Plaintiff’s counsel has submitted all of the mandatory judicial council forms (i.e., MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053). Further, trial is not until March 2024, so Plaintiff has adequate time to obtain new representation and will not be prejudiced by the granting of this motion.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
