TENTATIVE

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of a Minor (LA, age 6). The Court finds the settlement is reasonable, however, several deficiencies preclude the granting of the petition at this time:

(1) There is no attorney declaration in support of fee request.

(2) The medical records are not attached.

(3) There is no reduction agreement for medical expenses from Beverly Hills Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Institute.

(4) There is no order to deposit into a blocked account.

As a result, the petition is CONTINUED. Counsel is ordered to file a declaration discussing the relevant factors, the medical records, the reduction agreement, and the order for the blocked account no later than six court days prior to the next hearing.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
