TENTATIVE

Defendant's Motion to Compel Responses to Form Interrogatories, Motion to Compel Responses to Special Interrogatories, and Motion to Compel Responses to Request for Production of Documents are granted.  As to each request, Plaintiff is ordered to serve verified responses, without objections, within 20 days. Requests for sanctions are denied. Moving party to give notice. 

DISCUSSION

Plaintiff did not respond to Defendant Bryant's discovery demands served on October 17, 2022. Bryant also states he granted Plaintiff a thirty-day extension to serve responses, reached out to Plaintiff multiple times, and attempted to meet and confer with Plaintiff. Still, Plaintiff failed to serve responses. A party waives objections to a discovery request when it does not serve a timely response to the request.  CCP 2030.290(a). As the motions are unopposed, the Court declines to award sanctions.
