TENTATIVE

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call. The Court has reviewed the Petitions to Approve Compromise of Pending Claim of Minors (L.H., age 5; and G.E., age 11). The Court finds that the settlement is reasonable, and approves and GRANTS the petition effective upon filing proposed orders granting the petitions on mandatory form MC-351.

The Judicial Assistant is directed to calendar within 30 days two OSCs:

OSC re sanctions in the amount of $60 for failure to file the proposed order granting the Petitions to Approve Compromise of Pending Claim of Minors;

and

OSC re dismissal (settlement).
