TENTATIVE

The motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff, Emily Gordon, is GRANTED, effective upon filing proof of service of the signed order on the client. Counsel for Plaintiff has submitted the appropriate judicial council forms (i.e., MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053), and has complied with the requirements of CRC Rule 3.1362. Trial is in January of 2024, and thus, the client has sufficient time to seek new representation, showing the client will not be prejudiced.
